Vera Wang Love Struck

The bottle of this perfume originally caught my eye, looking similar to Marc Jacobs Daisy and also Lola; I knew as soon as I had seen it, even without smelling, I needed it in my perfume collection. I fortunately received the perfume for my birthday early in March and then had the chance to discover the scent of it.

I would describe Lovestruck as a musky floral with a burst of fruitiness, defiantly signifying a romantic feel; therefore If you enjoy sweet smelling floral’s then this is the perfume for you.The top notes for the perfume are a mix between Pink Guava, Angelica Flower and also Mandarin with a mid-note of tuberose and a base of precious woods and sheer musk. This scent takes a mature take on my other Vera Wang perfume; Princess, so if you admired this I would recommend Lovestruck for you also.  The staying ability of Lovestruck is not long however it is easy to keep gradually topping up and re-spritzing.

The perfume can be purchased in a set, including a Lovestruck shower gel and also body lotion. I have thoroughly enjoy using these products as they both smell alike to the perfume its self meaning you are able to use all three which creates a longer lasting scent on your skin.

The perfume would be a loved gift to a variety of different people, ranging from different ages due to its satisfying scent. I am sure whoever received this would enjoy using it as much as I have ( which can obviously be seen in the picture as I have used more than half!)

MAC Sheertone Blush in Pinch Me

This MAC Blusher was purchased around 11 months ago from a MAC counter in the department store of Selfridges. When I purchased this blush I had high expectations for it, expecting a high- quality product with a nice finish and good pigmentation. I was not wrong and it has defiantly reached the high hopes I had for it. Similarly, I will be purchasing more of the blushers in the near future.

To begin, my preference is blushers; I love trying different colours, finishes and also brands, consequently meaning I have a few in my collection. The blush is similar to a couple that I have, for example Natural Collection in Peach Melba and also Bourjois in 15 Rose Éclat however there is a difference in the quality; Pinch Me being more desirable.

I would describe this blush as a medium dirty rose coral however looking darker in the pan. Once applied it gives me the most perfect "just stepped out of the cold" look. This powder blush is a sheer tone finish however you can build it up creating an extremely pigmented look.  This blush would suit any type of skin tone due to how buildable and blendable it is.  The staying power of this blush is incredible; with an up to 8 hour wear this Blush is defiantly #1

Although this blush is a bit of a splurge, with a retail price of £17 or $20, it is the worth the money. I can guarantee whichever shade you choose you will enjoy wearing it and want to buy more!                                                                     Where to buy
